Origins

A little about me

As a lifelong snacker, amateur foodie, and unapologetic flavor chaser, I’ve always had a love/hate relationship with snacks. After years as an athlete, I found myself leaning a bit too heavily into carb-loaded craving; the kind that are easy to love but harder to burn off.

Growing pains

When I began experimenting with the keto lifestyle, I wasn’t just trying to lose weight. I was looking to build sustainable, healthier, and lifelong habits that satisfied my taste buds and my goals. But the options out there weren’t cutting it. Traditional beef jerky was too thick and sugary. Slim Jims felt excessively processed. And most meat crisps? Either bland, overpriced, or completely missing the mark.

Motivations

So I did what any stubborn snack-obsessed home cook with a healthy dose of arrogance would do. I made my own.

Raised in an Asian household and shaped by a multicultural upbringing, I’ve always drawn inspiration from a wide spectrum of flavors. Over the years, that eclectic experience has found its way into my kitchen -- and ultimately -- into every batch of Moo Crisps. These are thin, crispy, protein-packed brisket slices crafted with bold, balanced seasoning. While most products remove the fat, I intentionally left it in as a vehicle for flavor. Designed to crush cravings, not your macros.

Solutions

What started as a personal solution became something friends and family kept asking for. Now, I’m proud to share Moo Crisps with a bigger community — whether you’re an athlete, foodie, backpacker, or just someone looking for a better way to snack.

High in protein. Low in carbs. Udderly delicious.
